The Howdy Neighbor Bar-B-Que will be held September 25th at 11:30 am in the Rose Garden Center.

Proceeds benefit ETSF Junior Livestock Show, East Texas Cattle-Ettes Scholarships, and Soil & Water Conservation District programs.

This educational event provides valuable data for forage growers from Smith County and surrounding counties, raises money for youth, conservation, and scholarships.

Registration & Submission of Entries:
Sample material can be picked up after June 26th and returned between July 31st - August 5th. Official entry cards must be attached to each entry and will be available at each location listed below. Thank you to Rozell Sprayer Manufacturing Co. for taking care of all entry/lab fees.

The Howdy Neighbor Barbecue preceeds the Hay Auction at the East Texas State Fair. Sample hay bales are auctioned to provide funding for youth activities and/or scholarships provided by ETSF, East Texas Cattle-Ettes, and Smith County SWCD.
