Rules:
- A maximum 10 photos per exhibitor
- Photos may be color or black and white.
- Photos must be at least 6 x 8 inches, but no larger than 11 x 14.
- All photos must be mounted on 11 x 14 mount board.
- Photo frames will not be accepted.
- No previously entered photos at the ETSF will be accepted.
Please fill out Identification form and attach to the back of each photo.
All entries are encouraged to register and pay online at the link listed below.
Registration Open: July 1, 2026
Registration Deadline: Sept. 1, 2026
The fee for registration is $5 per photo.
Photos Accepted:
August 31 - Sept. 4, 2026 9:30 am to 4:00 pm
Saturday, Sept. 5 from 9:00-1:00 by dropping off or mailing to 11315 State Hwy 64 W. Tyler, TX 75704
Photography on Display:September 25 - October 4, 2026 during fair hours
Entries Released and Premiums paid:
October 6, 2026 from 2:00 - 6:00 pm in the main office
October 8-9 and October 12-14 from 10 am - 4:00 pm in the main office.
No premiums will be paid after October 14th.
