The Art Contest is open to anyone 5 years of age and older with new or advanced painting skills.
This contest includes the following:
1) Drawings - includes colored pencil, charcoal, graphite, chalk pastel, oil pastel or scratch.
2) Paintings - includes acrylic, oil, or water media.
3) Mixed Media - includes a combination of two or more of any of the above medium.
4) *New this Year* Digital Art - created with a graphic illustration program, printed and framed according to all rules.

Size Requirements
ADULT artwork should be no larger than 28”x40”, including frame.
YOUTH artwork should be no larger than 24"X36", including frame.
Prohibited Entries
Entries will not be accepted if they are:
- Framed glass of any kind (the entry may use plexiglass, clear plastic or no covering)
- Artwork with embellishments - Not accepted
Entry Requirements
- Artwork must be appropriate for family viewing
- Artwork must be completely dry
- All adult entries must be framed (wood or plastic) without glass, except wrapped canvas
- Artwork submitted on paper, poster board, or cardboard, must be framed or professionally matted and prepared for hanging.
- Clearly label the back of the artwork with:
Exhibitor's first and last name
Phone number
Category entered
- Artwork must be equipped with secure hanging hardware. Accepted includes wire, D-rings with wire, or sawtooth hangers.

All categories $5.00
Maximum Number of Entries
Contestants may submit a maximum of six (6) entries, with only one (1) entry per category.
Ribbons and Prizes
Each category will be awarded a first, second, and third place ribbon and may also include honorable mention. Best of Show will also be awarded per division. A premium will be awarded to all ribbon holders.
