With an average annual attendance of 250,000 guests, the East Texas State Fair offers you innovative merchandise and tasty treats, enormous exposure, and opportunity for brand reinforcement.

New Vendors

To be considered, please complete the online application including products you plan to sell (or information you plan to distribute), listing of shows/fairs in which you have participated, and photos of your booth.

Rules & Regulations

All vendors, new and returning, must read the 2024 Vendor Manual and return the signed acknowledgement for a contract to be valid. Deadlines are firm so please follow the timeline found on the first page of the 2024 Vendor Manual.
