There are 4 Divisions:
- Class Projects - for Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade classes
- Scientific Drawings and Illustrations - for grades 3 through 12 in three levels - Elementary, Middle School, and High School
- Scientific Experimentation - for grades 3 through 12 in three levels - Elementary, Middle School and High School
- Scientific Models and Demonstrations - for grades 3 through 12 in three levels - Elementary, Middle School, and High School
Awards:
- All students who do not place receive a participation ribbon.
- Class Display Projects receive a rating award for the class and a ribbon for each student.
- In Scientific Drawings and Illustrations and in Models/Demonstrations, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places are awarded at each level. Winners receive a medallion.
- In Experimental projects, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places are awarded in each category of each level.Winners receive a medallion.
