2018 Horticulture Show Registration

There are 8 Divisions in the Horticulture Show. (2 are NEW for 2017.)
Within each division there may be classes with specific age or group requirements. See the rules for each division to determine if there are limits to the number of entries for a particular category. The themes for all Divisions are listed in the rules.
The Divisions are:
  • Potted Plants - There are 3 Sections (Adult, Youth, & Youth Group) with 10 Categories. Classes will be broken after entries are received.
  • Container Gardens -There are 3 classes for each of the 4 Sections - Adult, Youth, Adult Group, and Youth Group. You may register 1 entry in each class for your Section.
  • Repurposed Containers -There are 3 classes for each of the 4 Sections - Adult, Youth, Adult Group, and Youth Group. You may register 1 entry in each class for your Section.
  • Functional Table Designs is divided into 5 groups. Choose the appropriate one for you or your group. An individual or group may register 1 table in the appropriate group.

  • Fruits, Vegetables, & Nuts (also Pumpkins and Gourds!) - There are 4 Sections with 6 Categories in each Section. Multiple entries by an individual in a category must be different varieties of that category.
  • NEW - Floral Cup Competition -There are 2 Sections - Adult and Youth - Exhibitors create floral displays on site.
  • Landscape Design Competition -There 1 Section - High School Program - Teams submit Landscape Plan in advance and create the design on site before the ETSF opens.
A note about group entries:
An individual garden club or youth group member may register as an individual exhibitor. However, if the individual is registering items for both the group and personal entries, two separate registrations must be done and two different Exhibitor numbers will be assigned. For example, Jane Doe may be registering her individual entries in Potted Plants, Container Gardens, and may also be planning to do an entry in Functional Tables with her Garden Club. Jane is doing the registration for all of these entries. Jane will register herself for her individual entries. She will need to do an additional registration in her Garden Club's name, listing herself as the contact to register the group's Functional Tables entry.
