Thank you for your interest in exhibiting during the 2012 East Texas State Fair.

The 2012 East Texas State Fair will be shortened to 10 days, running Friday, September 21 through Sunday, September 30.

With an average annual attendance of over 240,000 attendees, the East Texas State Fair offers your innovative merchandise and tasty treats enormous exposure and opportunity for brand reinforcement. All booths must be manned daily from 10:00 AM until 10:00 PM. The 97th East Texas State Fair is the best opportunity in the region for your businesses to make a focused impact on a direct audience. 

New Vendors

To be considered:

1) send a complete application including products you plan to sell/information you plan to distribute

2) listing of other shows/fairs in which you have participated

3) photos of your booth

Once the package is received and reviewed a letter will be mailed to the potential vendor.

Renewals

Previous vendors who are invited to return are given first right of refusal on their space. Returning vendors will receive 2012 renewal contracts no later than February 1, 2012.

Rules & Regulations

ALL Vendors, new and returning must read the 2012 Vendor Manual and return the signed acknowledgement for a contract to be valid.
