• Matches will be conducted in the Activities Building.

Art Contest

• Submit entries to the East Texas State Fair Office
• Art will be on display in the Commercial Exhibits Building.

Computer Science Fair

• Contest is scheduled for the Commercial Exhibits Building .
• Projects will be on display in the Commercial Exhibits Building.

General Agriculture Products Identification Contest

• Contest will occur in the Commercial Exhibits Building.

Kinder Critters Contest

• Entries will be displayed in the Commercial Exhibits Building.

Mathletics Team Contest

• Preliminary written test will be conducted in the Commercial Exhibits Building.
• Final Contest will be conducted in the Mayfair Building.

Mindset Breaking Experience

• Registration for Preliminary Rounds and Final Rounds will be in the Mayfair Building.  This will also serve as a holding area for teams.
• See Mindset Breaking Experience Schedule for scheduled times for each team in preliminary and final rounds and the location of their competition.

One-Act Play Festival

• The first school scheduled in the festival may use the Mayfair restrooms as a dressing area.  The other three schools will use the Activities Building as a dressing room.  .
• Prop will be stored in designated areas in the Mayfair..
• Rehearsals and performances will occur in the Mayfair Building.

Science Fair

• Set-up and judging of projects is in the Commercial Exhibits Building.
• Projects will be on display in the Commercial Exhibits Building.

Spelling Bee

• Registration is in the Activities Building beginning approximately 45 minutes prior to the beginning of each contest.
• Each contest is in the Mayfair Building.

Writing Contest

• Submit entries to the East Texas State Fair Office.
• All writing entries will be displayed in the Commercial Exhibits Building.

Youth Fashion Show

• Submit worksheets to the Smith County Extension Office.
• Dressing area will be announced prior to the contest.
• PIcture area will be announced prior to the contest.
• Fashion Show will be presented in the Mayfair Building.

East Texas State Fair Display - September 18-27, 2008

• Academic Rodeo entries, results, and photos will be on display in the Commercial Exhibits Building throughout the East Texas State Fair.
