Academic Challenge Quiz is an exciting, fast-paced quiz bowl.
The Middle School Tournament for 6th through 8th grades is a double-elimination format which highlights the knowledge and thinking skills of these students.
The High School Tournament is a modified single-elimination format with first round matches in November and remaining matches in January.
Questions for both levels are a general academic mix of: Current Events, English and Literature, Fine Arts, Geography, History and Social Science, Language and Vocabulary, Mathematics, Potpourri, and Science.

Awards:
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places are awarded in the tournament. Members of placing teams receive a place ribbon, and the team receives a trophy.
