Rules and Regulations:
 
1.
  All entries must have been home grown in Smith County or adjoining counties.
2.
  Each exhibitor must have grown and produced the entered item during the current year.
3.
  Items found not to be home grown will be disqualified.
4.
  All entries may be checked for proof of being home produced.
5.
  Judges will not award honors to unworthy exhibits.
6.
  Age Divisions:
    Adult-18 Years of Age or Older
    Youth-Under 18 years of Age
7.
  All Other Classes: Exhibitor must identify item upon making entry.
8.
  Each exhibitor can enter only one item in each class.
9.
  Herb Division J – Cut Specimens – One (1) sprig per entry. Must be in a clear glass jar that is proportional to the sprig. Jars must not have any type of labels. Water in jars can not cover herb leafs. Type of herb must be identified upon entry.

  Herb Division J – Potted Specimens – Pots or containers must be proportional to herbs. Type of herb must be identified upon entry.
   
11.
  Herb Division J – Herbs will be judged on own merit unless there are three herbs of same species entered and they will be judged against one another.
   
12.
  Exhibitors will have the option of donating produce that does not receive a place to a local mission,  The Fruit and Vegetable Show will make the arrangements for the donation. All entries placing first, second or third will remain on display throughout the Fair.
   

Entry and Release Dates:
Arrival of All Entries - Tuesday, September 22 from 12 noon to 6:00 p.m.

Release of All Entries - Saturday, October 3 at 10:00 p.m. or Sunday, October 4 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Judging:

Wednesday, September 23 beginning at 9:00 a.m.

Payout of Premiums (in the ETSF Office):
September 28 through October 3 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

October 6-9 (Tuesday - Friday) and October 12-16 (Monday - Friday) from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
