Building Rental Fee and charges: Must be paid in full at least thirty days prior to the event.
Rentals require a Damage Deposit and a non-refundable Holding Deposit.
A Certificate of Insurance must be provided or Liability Insurance purchased for the event.

RV Parking
All hookups are $20 per night. Full and partial hookups available. Full hookups include water, sewer and electricity. Partial hookups include water and electricity. Available on a first-come, first-served basis only.
Must check in at the East Texas State Fair office located at the back of the Murdoch Building on the East Texas State Fairgrounds.
