This educational event for forage growers from Smith County and surrounding counties raises money for youth, conservation, and scholarships. Top scoring samples are sold at auction during the Howdy Neighbor Barbecue on Monday of the Fair. Proceeds benefit ETSF Junior Livestock Show, East Texas Cattle-Ettes Scholarships, and Soil & Water Conservation District programs. Donation form below.
