Novice Section A - For students
who have had the equivalent of two or less years of study
or practice.
Intermediate Section B -
For adults who have had advanced beyond two years of novice

Skilled Section D - Ones who have received more
than seven (7) Blue Ribbons or two (2) Tri-color
awards in the advanced group, or have been planning over 10 years.
